Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if you have not opened the jar and it is still sealed. You have 14 days from receiving the jar to notify us that you want to cancel and another 14 days to return your purchase to us (at your cost) for a refund. If the product is faulty or damaged, we'll give you a replacement or a refund. Please see our terms & conditions for full details.

If a subscription payment cannot be processed successfully, we may retry the payment, suspend the subscription or cancel the subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue subscription services where reasonably necessary, including where products become unavailable, operational circumstances change, payment remains unsuccessful, or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 1 month.

Mix well before each use (tasty seasoning settles at the bottom). Use a clean spoon. Unclean spoons will contaminate your jar and result in spoilage.
