Châu Le learnt the art of Vietnamese cooking in Saigon from her mother and grandmothers. She carried those family traditions and recipes with her to London, where she built a home with her Saigonese husband and brought her family together with food. Every meal Châu cooked was made with care, patience and pride.

Started in London by one of Châu’s daughters, Xuân, Má Châu’s is the true taste of Saigon as Châu has always cooked it, bringing that same food from her kitchen to yours.
