SUBSCRIPTIONS POLICY

Some products may be available for purchase on a subscription basis.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the billing frequency selected at checkout. Subscription orders renew automatically until cancelled.

Subscription products may be offered at a reduced price compared with one-time purchases. Any subscription pricing, discounts or promotional offers will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Billing and Delivery

Subscription payments are charged automatically according to the subscription schedule associated with your chosen product.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, the relevant order will be prepared and fulfilled in accordance with our Shipping Terms.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers can manage subscriptions through their customer account.

Depending on the subscription product and functionality available at the time, customers may be able to:

• Skip upcoming deliveries;
• Pause and resume subscriptions; and
• Update subscription preferences.

If assistance is required, customers may contact us and we will provide reasonable support wherever possible.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals of the subscription. However, if a subscription payment has already been processed or an order has already entered fulfilment before cancellation is made, that order will not be affected by the cancellation and will be delivered as normal.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum subscription commitment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be successfully processed, we may retry the payment or suspend the subscription until payment details are updated. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions where payment remains unsuccessful.

Changes to Subscription Pricing

We may change subscription prices, discounts or subscription benefits from time to time.

Where a change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect. Continued participation in the subscription after the change takes effect will constitute acceptance of the revised pricing or subscription terms.

Our Right to Modify or End Subscription Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue subscription products or subscription services at any time where reasonably necessary.

We may also cancel a subscription where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, payment remains unsuccessful or a subscription product is no longer available.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of material changes.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
